Company Overview:
A specialist investment manager with over $7.5 billion in assets under management, focused on niche, income-oriented credit strategies in inefficient markets, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Greenwich, CT.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support in a predominantly Windows-based environment
  • Manage daily inventory and drive completion of tickets routed to the MSP for Desktop Support, Phone, Printers, and assist with MSP-handled Cyber, Server, and Networking Projects
  • Log all user requests into a ticketing system and report on delivery times and trends
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and their consultants to ensure proper infrastructure and account access
  • Work with various infrastructure-related vendors to procure hardware

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in desktop support in a Windows-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure, O365 Applications/Email/Teams, and On-Prem AD/On-Prem Exchange
  • Ability to run an organized, collaborative IT-related project
  • Familiarity with SSO and other methods of securely connecting to 3rd party Cloud-based tools
  • Experience with networking and server provisioning projects
  • Working knowledge of Powershell scripting
  • Knowledge in Sharepoint, SQL, and AWS is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
