Company Overview:
A global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management, specializing in private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure, is seeking a professional to support their Global Wealth Investor Relations team. The role focuses on operational support for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support operational nuances of offerings on platforms such as private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers
• Reconcile internally-facing and externally-facing reporting for stakeholders
• Partner with platforms, technology, finance, and third-party administrator teams to increase automation and streamline subscription and account change management processes
• Liaise with strategic accounts team and various internal and external stakeholders to prioritize platform initiatives and improve the servicing model for wealth platform partners

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry
• Strong computer and Excel skills
• Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
• Experience with Transfer Agents, Administrators, and Fund Service Providers (preferred)

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000, Plus Bonus
