Company Overview:
A leading global private equity and alternative assets investment firm with over $60 billion of equity capital under management is seeking a Valuation Associate. This role will support the firm's quarterly valuation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and investor reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aggregate and upload valuation documentation and supporting materials for internal and third-party valuation reviews.
• Generate or perform first-level reviews of internal valuation support, ensuring accuracy of model inputs, assumptions, and outputs.
• Assist with updating and rolling forward valuation models to reflect current-quarter data and performance metrics.
• Draft valuation results summaries, reporting schedules, and presentation materials for internal review and investor reporting packages.
• Support quarterly valuation engagements with third-party valuation firms, assisting in review of deliverables and tracking of timelines.
• Gather and validate valuation model inputs across portfolio companies for internal reporting and consistency checks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of valuation deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in valuation, financial analysis, investment banking, accounting, or private equity preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling.
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies such as DCF, market comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and key performance drivers.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $55/hr
