Company Overview:
A multi-strategy, multi-manager investment platform founded in 2008, focuses on global investment strategies and is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Handle confidential HR-related matters, address employee concerns, and mediate disputes.
  • Partner with Business Development on headcount planning and onboarding.
  • Manage performance review processes and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.
  • Implement programs that promote diversity and enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Engage employees through HR communications, focus group discussions, and networking sessions.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and develop best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of HR experience, with previous financial services experience preferred.
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Deep competence in core HR areas, including regional employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with a global company is required.
  • Must have experience managing and mentoring a team or direct report(s).

Compensation:
Salary: $200,000 – $275,000, Plus Bonus
