Company Overview:
A leading investment management firm with over $5.9 billion in assets under management specializes in commercial real estate debt. The firm is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst / Associate to collaborate with portfolio managers and asset management teams to support client deliverables and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports tailored to client and consultant requirements
• Respond to ad hoc client service requests, such as audit confirmations and cash flow requests
• Assist in the production of marketing presentations for existing and prospective clients
• Support production of client and firm communications
• Organize and prepare for annual investor conference, quarterly meetings, and calls
• Maintain and update the investor portal and CRM system
• Strengthen and maintain the firm's public profile across all external communications
• Draft investment summaries and press releases on new investments
• Support firm-wide research needs, including investor research and performance analysis

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred
• Four to six years of relevant professional experience in accounting, fixed income, or real estate
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $160,000, Plus Bonus
