Company Overview:
An independent investment manager with $1.5 billion in assets under management is seeking a Hedge Fund Business Systems & Operations Analyst. The role involves supporting critical business systems and processes, managing system upgrades, and assisting with cross-functional projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact and provide production support for various applications and platforms used by investment and operations teams.
• Monitor critical business processes, manage escalations with third-party vendors, and handle internal communications.
• Perform comprehensive testing and validation for application feature releases and upgrades.
• Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring system access and data entitlements are properly configured.
• Support cross-functional projects, data analysis, and ad hoc business requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience providing support on a sell-side trading desk or at a buy-side firm.
• Strong business acumen and domain knowledge of the financial industry, including accounting, trading operations, and compliance.
• Understanding of data management and systems integrations.
• Experience with Python and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $215,000, Plus Bonus
