Company Overview:
A private holding company with a diversified investment portfolio is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team. The role focuses on providing technical support in a fast-paced trading environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support via phone, email, and in-person; resolve escalated help desk tickets.
  • Administer Active Directory, Entra AD, and Office 365, including user and group management.
  • Create Windows Images and deploy software using endpoint management systems.
  • Troubleshoot trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal and Citrix Workspace.
  • Support conference rooms, with experience in Polycom and Yealink devices as a plus.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and desk setups.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage Move, Add, and Change (MAC) requests for employee workstations.
  • Collaborate on IT initiatives, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Maintain and create documentation within SharePoint and Confluence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Available to work on-site five days per week and provide after-hours support.
  • Knowledgeable in mobile device management through Intune.
  • Ability to create scripts using PowerShell for automation is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, 8×8, and Manage Engine is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
