Company Overview:
A global asset management and insurance holding company with approximately $25 billion in assets under management is seeking a Cross-Platform Solutions Associate. This role will support senior leadership in enhancing operational efficiency and driving key initiatives across investment, fundraising, and portfolio management functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and execute the firm’s vision and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Develop compelling fund presentations, pitch books, and firm overview to reflect the firm’s story and investment philosophy
• Facilitate investment committee workflows, documenting decisions and coordinating deal pipeline updates and follow-ups with investment professionals
• Act as a conduit between Investment, Capital Formation, Legal, and Operations teams, streamlining communication and resolving bottlenecks
• Support high-priority initiatives, including integrating AI-powered solutions and refining marketing strategy
• Synthesize information into executive briefings and presentations
• Maintain and update opportunity pipeline with market updates
• Support recruiting and development efforts, aligning talent strategies with firm growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in private equity, consulting, or a related high-performance environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with investment tracking tools
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools is a plus
