Job Responsibilities:

• Own full P&L accountability for the business across all emerging product lines.
• Translate company vision into actionable business strategies and operating models aligned with short-term results and long-term enterprise value.
• Spearhead digital-first transformation across divisions.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and IT.
• Create and maintain robust financial infrastructure and oversee

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in high-technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership in managing multiple brands or business units.
• Proven track record leading medium-to-large teams (300–400+ employees) across diverse functions.
• C-level, VP, or Director-level experience at a high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of both legacy product lines and emerging AI and other product technologies.
