Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $100+ billion in assets under management is seeking a Crypto Finance Manager to join their Finance team. The role involves managing key financial tasks related to blockchain technology investments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments on complex investment transactions
• Review cash flow management, capital calls, and cash and digital asset distributions
• Execute public token staking and trading strategies with external custodians and platforms
• Create fund performance and waterfall analyses
• Assist in preparation of quarterly portfolio company valuations and partner presentations
• Work with Investor Relations on presentation materials and fundraising documents
• Document investment transactions and ensure compliance with partnership agreements
• Collaborate with CFO and VP Finance on projects to enhance team and firm productivity
• Handle other ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years in Public Accounting in the Crypto industry or related in-house accounting & finance role
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
