Company Overview:
A multi-billion-dollar asset management firm with a global presence is seeking a Senior Developer to join their high-performing technology team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining core software systems to support the firm's growth and investment strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications for Front Office Investment processes, Risk Management, Execution Services, and Compliance.
• Implement and maintain scalable systems ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools with a focus on cloud and mobile.
• Interface with DevOps to ensure robust and controlled code deployment processes.
• Standardize software to enhance support team insight and observability.
• Innovate by integrating AI or ML into existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in the financial industry.
• High proficiency in C# and SQL; basic knowledge of Python is preferable.
• Understanding of REST Protocol, ORM toolkits, Authentication/Authorization mechanisms, EAI patterns, Pub/sub model, and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
