Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over four decades of experience, managing approximately $250 billion in assets, is seeking a Temporary HR Business Partner for a six-month assignment. This role will support the Investment, Investment Support, and Capital Solutions teams in the U.S. during a busy period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary processes and investigations, ensuring timely and sensitive resolution.
  • Work closely with management to manage the performance feedback process, including coaching managers for effective year-end reviews and advising on outcomes.
  • Steer immigration requests and cases for new hires and the current global population.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP team on training initiatives and support ongoing programmatic efforts across the firm.
  • Support HCM team with year-end processes, including performance reviews, promotion nominations, and compensation meeting preparation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and corporate HCM initiatives as requested by the CHRO.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic HR environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and managers to provide comprehensive HR support.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
