A rapidly growing investment firm with $15 billion in assets under management is seeking a Contract to Potential Hire Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support their office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with building front desk on visitor registration
  • Greet guests and seat in conference rooms
  • Answer office phone line as needed
  • Refresh conference rooms after meetings conclude
  • Stock kitchen and pantry with snacks/beverages, refresh throughout the day
  • Welcome and direct vendors as needed

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Punctual and reliable
