Company Overview:
A global asset management firm specializing in credit opportunities manages $26 billion for institutional investors. They are seeking an Associate or Director to join their Product Specialist team, focusing on Emerging Market debt and other strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support marketing with current and prospective investors globally across the firm's products
• Create, update, and manage product-specific marketing materials such as monthly and quarterly commentaries, one-pagers, and portfolio and market-related slides
• Work with the investment team to create commentary on monthly/quarterly performance contributors and drivers
• Evaluate and analyze fund-level performance and key portfolio metrics and maintain a repository of fund-level analyses
• Complete ad-hoc investor product-related due diligence questions and support capital raising efforts through completion of RFPs/DDQ
• Create ad-hoc analyses and slides to promote key product differentiators and competitive advantages
• Participate and eventually lead monthly or quarterly review calls with clients
• Present strategy to new prospects
• Track pipeline of investors for key products, working with senior product specialists to drive AUM growth
• Help manage key components of fund closings working closely with client service, marketers, and legal team
• Assist on strategic ad-hoc projects for senior leadership

Qualifications:

• {'Director level': '5+ years experience in a product specialist role or similar'}
• Experience with credit/fixed income markets, preferably at a credit alternative asset manager
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CFA preferred
