Company Overview:
A leading asset management firm is seeking a Senior Associate for their Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will support the firm's forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance firmwide forecasting models for both earnings and cashflow
• Provide insightful analysis and key takeaways for review with senior management
• Play a key role in the production of quarterly earnings-related materials for the firm’s earnings call with analysts
• Support the production, consolidation, and review of the firm’s annual budget
• Provide quarterly reports for SEC filings to support the accounting team
• Assist with firmwide deliverables and reporting, including assets under management

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, asset management experience a plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Workday accounting system a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
