A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Finance Senior Associate. The role involves administration of Private Equity Limited Partnerships and supporting various financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quarterly US GAAP Basis Reporting
• Annual US GAAP Basis Audit
• Valuations
• Capital Calls
• Distributions
• Cash Management
• Responding to LP Requests
• Supporting Investor Relations
• Supporting, Understanding and Documenting Investment Transactions
• Carry Calculations
• Other ad hoc responsibilities
• Working with Finance Managers, Directors, and VPs on projects to enhance the product of the team, department, and firm

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in public or private accounting (ideally with Private Equity experience)
• Accounting and/or Finance degree
• 3.0 GPA and above
