A tax consulting firm specializing in ultra high net-worth individual clients offers comprehensive income and multi-generational tax planning and compliance services. They are seeking a leader for their Austin office to guide and mentor a team of recent graduates, as well as manage client responsibilities. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate delivery of services.
• Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, including multi-generational planning, and reviewing complex tax returns.
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff, fostering a cohesive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience, primarily focused on tax compliance and consulting for ultra high net-worth individuals
• Experience in a managerial or senior managerial role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
