Company Overview:
A leading private credit investment firm is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations & Strategic Operations to enhance and institutionalize its investor relations function across its private credit platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day operating partner to the Head of Investor Relations, providing executional leverage across planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Design, implement, and institutionalize scalable IR systems and processes, including reporting cadences, diligence workflows, data ownership, and documentation standards.
  • Work closely with the Chief Data Officer to advance data integration and automation initiatives that improve IR reporting efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks within the IR function and proactively implement solutions that scale with the firm.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Investor Relations, Investment, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, and Operations during periods of peak activity.
  • Own the quality, accuracy, and coherence of all investor-facing materials, partnering with Finance, Investment, and Asset Management teams.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for select investor relationships, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Participate in investor calls, representing the firm with confidence and fluency.
  • Lead the development and customization of investor materials across fundraising and ongoing engagement.
  • Apply a strong understanding of private credit fundamentals to investor communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, marketing, or related roles within private credit, private equity, or alternative asset management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, investor reporting tools, and third-party data providers such as Preqin and PitchBook.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data and technology partners to modernize reporting and improve operational efficiency.

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000, Plus Bonus
