Company Overview:
A prominent hedge fund known for its long-term, value-oriented investment approach is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its operations in Greenwich, CT. The role involves supporting multiple executives and assisting with special projects within a dynamic and growing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications, including answering phone calls, drafting and distributing communications, and sending emails on behalf of executives.
  • Schedule calls, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Provide detailed instructions and itineraries to support executives.
  • Coordinate executive business travel needs.
  • Handle various personal requests, such as purchasing items, processing health insurance claims, and booking travel.
  • Manage investor relations e-mailbox and provide regular internal updates.
  • Draft investor correspondence and schedule meetings with investors.
  • Update and distribute investor documents and maintain CRM list.
  • Plan company-wide events and provide backup support to the Receptionist/Admin and Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
  • Coordinate with building management, service providers, and contractors.
  • Maintain IT inventory and procure IT equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4-8 years of Executive Assistant and/or Investor Relations support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to serving as the executives’ representative in the office daily.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
