Company Overview:
A historic church with a rich legacy in worship and community service is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support its Pastor. This role is integral to managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication within the church community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Pastor, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support social media and digital communication platforms
  • Assist with office technology, scheduling tools, and church management systems
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
  • Solid technical aptitude and experience with social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Preferred: Prior administrative experience in a church or nonprofit setting

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $38 – $40/hr, DOE
