Company Overview:
A leading Private Equity firm in the Energy and Infrastructure space is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to join its capital formation team. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling materials such as pitchbooks, annual meeting materials, and due diligence questionnaires
• Apply critical thinking skills to identify and source data, and distill information effectively
• Collaborate with various teams, including Accounting, Compliance, Energy Management, and more
• Maintain and improve the functionality of CRM systems, databases, and other platforms
• Coordinate conference appearances and meeting logistics
• Maintain website and develop data metrics using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Assist with press releases and support materials for various business groups

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years (Analyst) / 4-7 years (Associate) experience in investment banking, private equity, or research
• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in marketing, math, finance, accounting, or communications/writing
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with Intralinks, Responsive AI, Dealcloud, Canva, Vimeo, and WordPress
• Background in power and energy infrastructure sector

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
