Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire a Vice President for its Investment Operations team within the Credit & Insurance division. This role focuses on operational oversight and management of strategic insurance clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful onboarding of new and/or expanded client relationships, ensuring smooth and successful new product/mandate launches.
  • Daily management of investment portfolios to ensure internal and external SLA’s are met.
  • Represent the client to all internal stakeholders, such as Asset Allocation, Institutional Client Services, and others.
  • Run the period-end close process, collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Work with the Technology team to develop, automate, and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and scope new reporting needs, working closely with the Technology team to build the required reporting infrastructure.
  • Serve as the senior-level escalation point for all matters within the client vertical.
  • Monitor the new product pipeline and deal pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including STAT Accounting principles
  • Experience managing teams across multiple regions globally preferred
  • Experience with Private Credit, Asset-Based Finance, and Real Estate investments preferred
  • Experience with Clearwater, Aladdin, PAM, Advent Geneva preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $100/hr, DOE
