Company Overview:
A leading global investment manager with approximately $70 billion of assets under management is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves asset servicing, cash and position reconciliations, and daily interactions with various financial entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asset servicing including security master maintenance, reviewing credit agreements, monitoring and booking all investment activity, and wire processing, paying and allocating investment related expenses
• Cash and position reconciliations
• Daily interaction with custodian banks, trustees, and prime brokers
• Daily interaction with asset management, borrowers, partners, and outsourced service providers
• Assist in yearly audit confirmation process
• Participate in various projects across the business
• Provide backup to other Credit Fund Operation staff supporting wire transfers, trade settlements, and other business activities of the fund

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years’ experience at a Financial Services firm (commercial or investment bank, asset manager etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university/college
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with private credit
• Experience with Cash/Position reconciliations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
