Company Overview:
A US-based wealth management firm offering comprehensive investment advisory services is seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team and support a lead Financial Advisor in servicing an existing client base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the management and service of client relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries and routine requests.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including agendas, financial plan updates, and follow-up summaries.
• Gather, analyze, and input client data into financial planning software; update and maintain comprehensive financial plans.
• Assist the lead advisor with planning recommendations, implementation, and follow-up on action items.
• Prepare client reports, investment reviews, and performance summaries.
• Maintain CRM records, workflows, and task lists to ensure timely and accurate client service.
• Assist with practice management initiatives, process improvements, and ongoing projects to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience working as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) preferred.
• CFP® designation, or working towards this designation, is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Money Guide Pro is highly preferred.
• FINRA Series 65 license preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering fiduciary-level service.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, and financial planning principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Highly organized, client-focused, and results-driven.

Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
