Company Overview:
A leading investment management firm with over $30 billion in assets under management is seeking a Vice President, Software Engineer to join their team. The firm focuses on a multi-strategy, multi-asset class investment approach in the global high yield market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web and desktop applications, middle-tier services, and backend data warehouse.
• Collaborate with senior developers and report to the Head of Software Development.
• Interact with front and back office users to enhance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming and building scalable systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Python for data engineering and process automation.
• Expertise in relational databases, including designing schemas and optimizing queries.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable production systems.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in working with developers and financial professionals.

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
