Company Overview:
A research-led, data-driven private equity firm focused on partnering with lower-middle market businesses to drive growth and resilience is seeking an HR Admin to manage daily operations in their New York office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the NY office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
  • Support senior leadership, investors, and the Baltimore HR team in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing logistics.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, investor visits, and conference logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding, internal communications, and light HR administration.
  • Manage IT coordination between employees and vendor support teams.
  • Handle email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and internal approvals.
  • Maintain office inventory, supplies, and appearance standards.
  • Stock the fridge, order office materials, and ensure hospitality for visiting partners and investors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for maintenance and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced culture with high standards for professionalism and accountability.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hr
