Company Overview:
A dynamic investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their IR team in Boston. The role involves contributing to all aspects of the fundraising functions as the firm plans to launch a fund series later this year and another next year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create presentation decks and brief investment professionals
• Work on diligence matters and coordinate fundraisers
• Collaborate closely with all levels of the firm, including partners heavily involved in fund raises
• Take ownership of the role with independence to add value

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, consulting, or banking
• Preferably from a mega fund looking to join a smaller team
• Ability to work in the office four days per week with one remote day

Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 – $135,000, Plus Bonus
