Company Overview:
A rapidly growing Long/Short TMT fund with $700 million in assets under management is seeking a Fund Accountant / Controller to join their team in New York City. The role offers the opportunity to grow with the organization and work closely with the COO/CFO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Enfusion OMS/PMS and oversee daily trade operation, processing, and settlement.
• Liaise with prime brokers and brokers to resolve any trade issues and discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Work closely with the middle office provider and manage daily reconciliation of cash balances, equity and equity swap positions, and trade activities with the prime brokers and fund administrators.
• Manage internal portfolio accounting, portfolio analytics, and risk systems; monitor the reporting of real-time daily P&L, monthly, and ad hoc portfolio analytics, and risk reporting.
• Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the NAV, performance, fees, and expenses, and annual financial reporting, audit, and tax filings.
• Assist the COO/CFO with investor reporting and investor due diligence.
• Assist the COO/CFO with expenses management, reporting, and budgeting; maintain the books and records of the Management Company and soft dollar relationships.
• Assist the CCO with regulatory and compliance reporting and filing, including ADV, PF, and 13F.

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of industry experience with hedge funds, fund administrations, or CPA firms.
• Experience with OMS/Enfusion, accounting systems, risk, or portfolio analytics systems is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint is essential.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus
