Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Associate for Central Reporting. The role focuses on creating process efficiencies and ensuring data integrity across the Capital Markets business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated solutions for reporting needs using Alteryx, Python, and Power-BI.
• Design and maintain automated data workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Provide internal consulting support by diagnosing problems and recommending solutions.
• Interact with various departments to understand reporting needs and develop customized solutions.
• Develop an expert understanding of internal systems for data entry and storage.
• Engage in manual data cleansing and formulate guidelines to enhance data accuracy.
• Create visualizations for complex data models in PowerBI.
• Address ad-hoc problem-solving needs and own end-user testing and implementation.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in data analytics within a finance or accounting setting.
• Proficient in PowerBI development, including DAX and advanced visualization techniques.
• Foundational understanding of credit funds and portfolio management.
• Proficient in Python, DAX, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA or interest in pursuing a CFA charter is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
