Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a Sales Support Analyst/Associate for their Investor Relations team. This role will support the Global Private Markets team, focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other strategic areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with senior Investor Relations professionals to gather information, conduct analysis, and create materials for prospect meetings.
• Research and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, including industry information and analysis on current prospects.
• Provide qualified calling lists and coordinate the production of materials and follow-up requests.
• Conduct market analysis, initiate research, and participate in prospect and client meetings.
• Develop sales prospect pipeline and maintain CRM pipeline reporting.
• Oversee data management tasks in Salesforce.com to support business development.
• Coordinate fundraising records and follow-up processes with LPs or prospects.
• Assist with RFP/RFI participation and ad hoc reporting using Salesforce.com.
• Prepare materials including investor agendas and LP background profiles.
• Assist with peer performance analysis and market positioning.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from a highly-regarded institution).
• 1-2+ years of experience in asset management, consulting, or financial services marketing.
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required within the first 90 days if not currently licensed.

Compensation:
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000, Plus Bonus
