Company Overview:
A leading asset management firm is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to oversee all computer, network, and security matters. The role involves managing IT infrastructure for both in-office and remote employees to ensure secure and effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, and evaluate all IT operations
• Design, develop, and implement systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Manage relationship with outsourced IT Consultant
• Align user needs with system/network configurations
• Develop solutions for IT needs in partnership with key employees
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Recommend IT strategies that align with company goals
• Coordinate disaster recovery plans and backup procedures
• Assist in technology-related matters including mobile devices and office security
• Review new and existing vendors related to IT
• Manage IT-related training for employees
• Provide IT user support
• Support firm’s data governance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry
• Working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems
• Understanding of IT operations best practices

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $185,000, Plus Bonus
