Company Overview:
A leading financial services company specializing in providing nonprime customers with responsible access to credit is seeking a Lead Product Manager. This role focuses on building and scaling digital and omni-channel applications to enhance customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align technical feasibility with business needs and product vision.
  • Lead discovery efforts to build a high-value product plan and roadmap.
  • Manage the product roadmap using business intelligence, VOC, and analytics.
  • Evaluate business ideas for usability, value, feasibility, and business viability.
  • Prioritize efforts in partnership with stakeholders and influence teams to align and execute.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams for in-depth analysis on customer behavior.
  • Work closely with UX practice to ensure best-in-class experiences.
  • Measure and optimize against key metrics and conduct A/B tests.
  • Present product plans and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer profile capabilities.
  • Lead the design and evolution of scalable platform services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Create product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as Product Owner within Agile teams, managing backlogs and delivery milestones.
  • Work with data, privacy, and compliance teams to establish data standards.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for platform performance and adoption.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation.
  • Communicate product strategy and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of product management experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working in agile operating models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data findings into executable plans.
  • Experience with distributed teams and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with lending products, platform functionality, and APIs.
  • Experience leading scrum teams through SDLC.
  • Proficient in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • 5-7 years of financial industry experience.
  • 3+ years working with technical products such as APIs and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including cloud platforms and microservices.
  • Proven track record in improving conversion rates for digital experiences.
  • Strong leadership aptitude and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $90 – $100/hr, DOE
