Company Overview:
A next-generation, integrated multi-asset class investment platform with over $46 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investment Workflow & AI Analyst. This role focuses on redesigning operational processes using data and automation tools to enhance front and middle office efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to map and improve current workflows
• Break down complex investment processes into structured logic
• Translate business problems into data requirements
• Own the lifecycle of workflow initiatives from discovery to user adoption
• Define data requirements for investment data and reporting
• Engage with structured investment data to validate outputs
• Collaborate on reporting and data model design
• Identify workflows for automation or AI-assisted processing
• Use AI tools and help teams adopt them effectively
• Document workflows and system behavior for maintenance
• Support issue triage and root cause investigation
• Coordinate platform integrations with technology teams and vendors

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in investment analysis, operations, or technology at a buy-side firm or AI/data vendor
• Strong understanding of alternative investment firm operations
• Ability to decompose workflows and define structured outputs
• Experience with SQL or similar query languages
• Familiarity with investment platforms like BlackRock Aladdin, Allvue, or eFront
• Experience in improving or automating workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Compensation:
Salary: $250,000 – $325,000, Plus Bonus
