Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Operations Associate for their Investment Operations team. This role focuses on operational support and day-to-day management of Strategic Insurance Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions/issues across diverse credit investments.
• Oversee daily reconciliation processes with stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close processes.
• Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex transactions.
• Oversee daily/monthly reporting, assist in building better reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before client delivery.
• Coordinate responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries, ensuring timely follow-up and response.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• 3-10 years of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with Insurance Accounting systems (Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin) is a strong plus

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE
