Company Overview:
An institutional alternative investment firm with approximately $34 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its business development team. This team is responsible for managing all client interactions and ensuring high-quality client service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work across all products to deliver high-quality client service
• Manage periodic requests from clients, including quarterly DDQs, RFIs, and other deliverables
• Create captivating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
• Work closely with investment, risk, and operations teams to distill data for client deliverables
• Assist in managing the due diligence process during fundraising
• Liaise with legal, compliance, operations, risk, and investment teams on client deliverables
• Assist in researching, tracking, and onboarding new client relationships
• Support senior relationship managers with client needs and assignments
• Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up
• Data analysis and database management of key client information

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably in investor relations, business development, or client services

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
