Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over $100 billion in assets under management is seeking a Strategic Transformation Director. This role will focus on executing key finance transformation programs and establishing a culture of operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a principal driver and coordinator for large-scale, cross-functional operational transformation initiatives.
• Lead the planning, sequencing, and execution of multi-phase initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to support the delivery of unified, scalable solutions.
• Work with senior leaders to define priorities, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead current-state assessments and future-state operating model design.
• Manage deliverables and dependencies, drive accountability among team members.
• Contribute to the development and integration of the evolving data ecosystem.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, data science, or a related field; CPA or CFA a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial process improvement, or related positions.
• Experience in operating model design and systems-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive and deliver projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and change management methodologies.

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $215,000
