Company Overview:
A leading multi-family office and wealth management firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth clients while providing leadership to junior team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality tax compliance and consulting services.
• Manage and review complex individual, fiduciary, not-for-profit, and entity tax filings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
• Oversee preparation of detailed work papers, data processing, and the conversion of information into reviewable work products.
• Conduct and supervise research on complex tax issues, translating findings into actionable tax planning strategies for clients.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and technical support to promote professional development and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated family office services and coordinated wealth management support.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and assist in developing long-term strategies aligned with client goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and recommend adjustments in client planning or compliance strategy where appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and client reporting.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and entities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in managing and reviewing complex tax filings and work papers.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 Base + Bonus + Business Development Incentives
