Company Overview:
A leading AI-native ERP platform designed for accounting and finance teams, backed by top investors with $100M in funding, is seeking a design leader to join their innovative team. The role focuses on driving the design process and establishing scalable design systems for their rapidly growing customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design
• Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term product vision and roadmap
• Establish design principles and set the direction for the company's design system
• Lead user research initiatives
• Understand user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints that shape the product
• Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting
• Lead a team of product designers, acting as a mentor and coach
• Recruit and onboard new product designers
• Contribute directly to the company's UX/UI design

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of end-to-end design experience from research to implementation across all stages of the design process
• 3+ years leading design teams in product-driven B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to solve complex design problems and visualize complex systems
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• A challenger mindset that questions the status quo and pulls inspiration from diverse sources

Compensation:
Salary: $210,000 – $235,000, Plus Bonus
