Company Overview:
A leading financial solutions company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in New York City. This role will focus on leveraging data to drive growth and performance within the Global Sales, Marketing, and Solutions organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design, delivery, and adoption of sales productivity analytics and tools.
  • Provide sales operations planning and analytical support across a multi-segment sales structure.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis and modeling to inform key decisions.
  • Define business requirements for CRM and back-end platforms for accurate sales performance reporting.
  • Champion adoption of pipeline management best practices and leverage CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and core sales processes.
  • Lead ad-hoc sales operations projects.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required with 7+ years of experience in sales operations.
  • 5+ years of direct sales team support experience.
  • Proven success in implementing CRM and commission platform integration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with SQL queries and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
