Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $500 billion in assets under management is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join its Marketing team. This role will support the execution of organic social media strategies across subsidiary brands in insurance and asset management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of organic social media strategy across subsidiary brands
  • Manage day-to-day organic social media content production and workflow in Asana
  • Coordinate content scheduling, publishing, tagging, QA, and channel maintenance
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and approvals with various stakeholders
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support social media governance processes and documentation
  • Track performance and provide reporting on content effectiveness and engagement
  • Contribute to content ideation and creative briefing for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content publishing, or digital marketing
  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services or insurance
  • Strong experience with organic social media publishing and content operations
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr
  • Knowledge of compliance approval processes and tools like Red Oak
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $30/hr, DOE
