Company Overview:
A leading financial services company with over 1,400 branches across 44 states is seeking a Marketing Campaign Execution Lead Analyst to enhance customer journeys and optimize marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including event-triggered workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and push.
  • Develop and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard workflows, including data ingestion, enrichment, targeting logic, and automated delivery processes.
  • Create dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks, ensuring scalable and reusable components across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AJO with enterprise data sources, configure schemas, define events, and ensure accurate real-time profile activation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize delivery throughput, and ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and deliverability best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe v8 and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Experience with AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Availability for on-call support from 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of corporate offices in Evansville IN, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Charlotte NC, or Irving TX.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $51/hr, DOE
