Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with over $1 trillion in assets under management is seeking an Associate for their Investor Reporting team within the Credit & Insurance division. This role is part of the Global Fund Finance team, focusing on servicing investors in various investment vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review responses to information requests from investors, providing portfolio and financial information as needed.
• Create and distribute capital call and distribution notices to Limited Partners.
• Coordinate with deal team, accounting, legal, tax, and marketing to deliver notices to investors.
• Liaise with fund accounting, investor services, legal, tax, and finance teams for LP performance summaries.
• Maintain investor request database and track status of inquiries.
• Assist in disseminating general correspondence with investors and internal requests.
• Collaborate with team members to handle LP inquiries and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with maintenance and postings of investor information.
• Interface with the global credit and insurance team, accounting group, and other groups for new investor requests.
• Oversee work performed by offshore team members as needed.
• Explore opportunities to improve and streamline strategic processes.
• Support the Global Fund accounting team in operational capacity for all investments.
• Assist with investor-specific audit requests.
• Liaise with the external legal team for LP transfer and name changes.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLO Compliance.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $45 – $60/hr, DOE
