Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager with a strong presence across North America, Europe, and Asia is seeking a Compliance Operations Consultant. The firm is known for its technology-forward approach and advanced compliance program, and the role involves supporting infrastructure, governance, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain compliance reporting dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting packages
• Lead or support regulatory filing processes, exam coordination, and audit response workflows
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements across compliance workflows
• Partner with technology teams on the configuration and optimization of compliance platforms
• Support the build-out and ongoing governance of compliance program metrics, testing schedules, and issue tracking frameworks
• Coordinate with internal audit, risk, and finance teams on compliance-related deliverables
• Produce high-quality written materials, including executive briefings, board presentations, and regulatory correspondence

Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance operations, with a focus on infrastructure, governance, and process improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, technology, finance, and business operations teams
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining compliance reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks
• Experience with regulatory filing processes and audit response workflows
• Familiarity with compliance platforms and automation opportunities

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $100/hr
