Company Overview:
A regional bank headquartered in New Jersey provides personal and business banking services, including management services and digital banking. They are seeking a UAT Validation Tester to support system testing for a key initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by following defined test scripts
• Validate workflows related to account opening and banking operations
• Capture and document results, including taking screenshots and logging issues
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of system outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to report findings and support issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in banking operations (retail banking preferred)
• Strong understanding of account types and account opening processes
• Experience executing test scripts or QA/UAT validation (non-technical)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hr, DOE
