Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an LIT Admin to support its Compliance team. This role is designed to bring consistency, organization, and proactive support to the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure proper alignment across internal teams
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and existing administrative support to ensure seamless coverage
  • Process invoices, expenses, and related administrative tasks
  • Assist with document formatting (decks, memos) and light data entry
  • Organize and manage documents, including retrieving materials from internal systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to bring structure to a team without dedicated admin support
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership of responsibilities

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hr
