Company Overview:
A leading investment-specialist affiliate of a major asset manager provides customized financing solutions to U.S. middle-market private equity firms with over $60 billion of committed capital. They are seeking a Senior Associate / Associate to join their growing Operations group, focusing on leveraged loan operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact for the CLO platform, working directly with Underwriting and the CLO Portfolio Manager
• Maintain models to monitor indenture compliance
• Run hypothetical testing for the pipeline of new deals
• Analyze indentures and legal documents and build-out test requirements for compliance monitoring, new transactions, and new product development
• Manage rating agency submissions and monthly reporting
• Reconcile data between Underwriting, Operations, and Investor Relations
• Liaise with the Fund Modeling team to improve financial projections
• Prepare and present updates on the CLO platform to senior stakeholders on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance/accounting
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience at a public accounting, asset manager, or third-party service provider
• Experience with middle-market direct lending operations or syndicated loan products
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Macros, Pivots, etc.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $155,000, Plus Bonus
