Company Overview:
A prominent investment advisory firm managing approximately $6 billion across three core strategies is seeking a Programmer to enhance their technology infrastructure. The firm, known for pioneering credit relative value and capital structure trading strategies, is headquartered in New York.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full front-to-back development and support across all departments with current legacy systems primarily built in Microsoft technologies.
• Lead build out of next-gen system design and tools, replacing current tools with modern systems and integrating Python workflows.
• Work directly with users to craft custom tools to increase productivity and provide enhanced analysis.
• Monitor critical systems, anticipate and resolve issues, and reduce common problems.
• Ensure all procedures and policies are up to date in the knowledge base for team use.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in .Net Framework, C#/.NET, SQL, Excel/VBA, Web APIs, Java, Python, Azure.
• Experience in Imagine Trading System, Enfusion, Bloomberg APIs, FIX are pluses.
• Experience in the financial domain and knowledge of capital markets required, with a focus on Fixed Income/CDS markets being a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $225,000, Plus Bonus
