Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a professional to join their Credit team. The role involves managing leverage facilities and overseeing liquidity planning across various private credit funds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage leverage facilities including middle market CLOs, asset-backed facilities, and fund-level financing arrangements.
  • Oversee liquidity planning across a spectrum of levered private credit funds, including BDCs, evergreen funds, and SMAs.
  • Forecast fund-level liquidity and leverage metrics, factoring in new deal pipeline, realizations, and use of financing facilities.
  • Prepare borrowing/paydown requests to maintain appropriate liquidity for new deal funding and other cash needs.
  • Maintain and advise Portfolio Management team on fund-level liquidity and leverage statistics over various time horizons and stressed scenarios.
  • Maintain borrowing bases and portfolio surveillance models to support liquidity and financing facility management processes.
  • Optimize financing facility collateral to maximize availability and manage against facility concentration limits and eligibility criteria.
  • Drive collateral reporting process with trustees and other reporting requirements with lenders for credit facilities and CLOs.
  • Coordinate with lenders, trustees, and operations to execute quarterly waterfall distributions for credit facilities and CLOs.
  • Coordinate with rating agencies to obtain credit estimates for portfolio companies.
  • Facilitate lender asset review process with deal teams ahead of primary deal fundings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes and technology solutions to improve day-to-day efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within private credit and/or CLOs.
  • Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus
