A dynamic platform in the healthcare industry, Formedics connects clinicians through peer-driven discussions and expert collaborations. They are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to support hiring and develop a compensation framework during a critical growth phase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement job architecture, leveling frameworks, and job families
• Benchmark roles and create market-aligned salary ranges
• Assess internal pay for equity, compression, and alignment
• Audit and standardize job titles
• Review and improve sales compensation plans
• Build tools, guidelines, and documentation for ongoing compensation management
• Deliver a complete compensation framework and handoff package
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, product, and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, strategies, and hiring decisions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and manage interview processes
• Build pipelines and help implement scalable recruiting processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of compensation experience, including job architecture and market pricing
• Strong sourcing, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience working independently in fast-paced or early-stage environments
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
• {‘Preferred’: ‘Experience in SaaS, digital health, or startup environments’}
• {‘Preferred’: ‘Familiarity with sales compensation design’}
• {‘Preferred’: ‘CCP certification or related background’}

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $55 – $80/hr
