Company Overview:
A digital health platform that facilitates clinician collaboration and learning through peer-driven discussions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growth and talent acquisition efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, product, and technology.
  • Conduct intake meetings to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by educating and coaching them on recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to help design, document, and implement scalable recruiting processes.
  • Screen and qualify candidates for both skill sets and alignment with the platform environment.
  • Manage candidate communications and expectations throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update job postings across platforms.
  • Track all candidate activity and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
  • Assist with offer generation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current recruiting workflows and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups, SaaS, digital health, or marketplace platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions, including go-to-market and product/technology roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools.
  • Experience hiring for roles that require nuanced stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience helping to build, improve, or scale recruiting processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $55 – $65/hr
